1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Treadmills and dumbbell sets may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.
2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Treadmills and large dumbbell sets have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].
3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.
4. What types of treadmills do you offer?
We offer motorized treadmills for home use. All our treadmills comply with ASTM F2276-23 (Standard Specification for Fitness Equipment) and ASTM F2115-22 (Standard Specification for Motorized Treadmills). Electrical components are UL 1647 certified (Standard for Motor-Operated Massage and Exercise Machines). Wireless models (if equipped) comply with FCC Part 15.
Safety Features: Our treadmills include emergency stop safety keys, foldable designs, speed/incline adjustments, and user weight limits clearly marked.
5. What types of dumbbell sets do you offer?
We offer hex dumbbell sets, adjustable dumbbell sets, and neoprene-coated dumbbells. Weight capacities and set compositions are clearly labeled in pounds as required by the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA). Our dumbbell sets comply with ASTM F3105-20 (Standard Specification for Externally Loaded Strength Training Equipment) and applicable CPSIA lead content limits.
6. What types of exercise water bottles do you offer?
We offer BPA-free plastic and stainless steel water bottles for gym use. All bottles comply with FDA 21 CFR food contact safety standards and are California Proposition 65 compliant. Bottles are dishwasher safe unless specified otherwise.
7. What is ASTM F2276-23?
ASTM F2276-23 is the primary safety standard for fitness equipment in the U.S., covering design, labeling, and performance requirements to ensure user safety.
8. What is UL 1647 certification?
UL 1647 is the safety standard for motor-operated exercise machines, covering electrical safety including leakage current testing, dielectric withstand, overheating protection, and component durability.
9. What is the CPSC and what are my rights?
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) protects the public from unreasonable risk of injury from consumer products. If you experience any safety issue with our products, please report it immediately to us and to the CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov. Manufacturers and retailers are required by law to report serious product hazards to CPSC within 24 hours of obtaining information.

11. How do I care for my dumbbells?
