Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Treadmills and large dumbbell sets may ship via freight carriers (LTL).

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Small items: 5-10 days; Large items via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Treadmills, Large Dumbbell Sets)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for treadmills at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Treadmills: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; safety key and hardware packed separately.

  • Dumbbell Sets: Boxed with foam inserts; individual dumbbells wrapped.

  • Water Bottles: Sealed in poly bags or boxes.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
